Η 98η τελετή απονομής των Oscars πραγματοποιήθηκε το βράδυ της Κυριακής, με την Ακαδημία Κινηματογραφικών Τεχνών και Επιστημών να τιμά τις σημαντικότερες κινηματογραφικές δημιουργίες του 2025.

Παρουσιαστής της λαμπερής βραδιάς ήταν ο Conan O’Brien, ο οποίος με το χαρακτηριστικό του χιούμορ έδωσε τον τόνο σε μια τελετή γεμάτη συγκίνηση, δυνατές στιγμές και ανατροπές που συζητήθηκαν έντονα στη βιομηχανία του κινηματογράφου.

Από μεγάλες καλλιτεχνικές επιτυχίες μέχρι απρόσμενες διακρίσεις, η φετινή απονομή των Academy Awards 2026 ανέδειξε νέες τάσεις αλλά και ισχυρά ονόματα του Hollywood.

Θρίαμβος για το One Battle After Another

Ο μεγάλος νικητής της βραδιάς ήταν η ταινία «One Battle After Another» του Paul Thomas Anderson, η οποία κατέκτησε το Όσκαρ Καλύτερης Ταινίας.

Η παραγωγή ξεχώρισε τόσο για τη σκηνοθετική της προσέγγιση όσο και για τις δυνατές ερμηνείες των πρωταγωνιστών.

Μάλιστα, ο Anderson απέσπασε και το Όσκαρ Σκηνοθεσίας, επιβεβαιώνοντας τη δημιουργική του κυριαρχία στη φετινή κινηματογραφική χρονιά.

Ιδιαίτερα σημαντική στιγμή της βραδιάς αποτέλεσε η βράβευση του Michael B. Jordan, ο οποίος κέρδισε το Όσκαρ Α΄ Ανδρικού Ρόλου για την ερμηνεία του στην ταινία «Sinners».

Η ερμηνεία του ηθοποιού απέσπασε εξαιρετικές κριτικές καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της χρονιάς, γεγονός που τον κατέστησε ένα από τα φαβορί των βραβείων.

Η Jessie Buckley κερδίζει το Όσκαρ Α΄ Γυναικείου Ρόλου

Στην κατηγορία της Α΄ Γυναικείας Ερμηνείας, το πολυπόθητο αγαλματίδιο κατέκτησε η Jessie Buckley για την ερμηνεία της στην ταινία «Hamnet».

Η συγκινητική της παρουσία στην ταινία απέσπασε το θερμό χειροκρότημα του κοινού και επιβεβαίωσε τη δυναμική της στο διεθνές κινηματογραφικό στερέωμα.

Όσκαρ Β΄ Γυναικείου Ρόλου για την Amy Madigan

Στην κατηγορία Β΄ Γυναικείου Ρόλου, η Amy Madigan τιμήθηκε για την ερμηνεία της ως Gladys στην ταινία «Weapons», κερδίζοντας το πρώτο της Όσκαρ και μία από τις πιο συγκινητικές στιγμές της τελετής.
